This Charmat-method rosé, made predominantly from Corvina with a touch of Merlot, reveals a fresh and vibrant aromatic profile.

On the nose, delicate notes of red berries such as strawberry, raspberry, and red currant stand out, enriched by hints of cherry blossom and subtle floral nuances.

The Merlot adds a gentle roundness, with soft notes of ripe plum and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with a pleasant citrus lift reminiscent of pink grapefruit and a refreshing minerality that enhances its elegance.

Grapes are selected and harvested by hand at the beginning of September.
